Stéphane Rousseau brings more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Stéphane spent much of the early part of his career working for Club Med, progressing to the role of Human Resources Director, Hotels Division in 2003. During this time, Stéphane set up the new global Department of Human Resources for Club Med’s village resorts.

From 2007 to 2017, Stéphane held several senior roles in human resources at AccorHotels. In this period, he developed and implemented an innovative HR policy for Pullman Hotels & Resorts, working with the marketing and international operational teams to co-build the identity of this newly launched brand. More recently, Stéphane played a key role in defining the new corporate culture of AccorHotels and bringing this transformation to life as SVP Talent & Culture Corporate.
In June 2017, Stéphane was appointed Vice-President Human Resources at Sommet Education.
Stéphane holds a Master in Management Science from Paris IX Dauphine and a Diploma of Profound Studies (DEA) in Strategy and Management.
Outside work, Stéphane enjoys playing bridge and would love to become a champion. He is also passionate about contemporary art, particularly prints, drawings and photos.
