Catering Intern

As catering supervisor at Delaware North Company, I have had the privilege of overseeing the execution of all sorts of events ranging from catering major sporting venues to annual fundraisers and private functions. One of the most memorable experiences was working with the annual Delaware North Company conference, which took place at Soldier Field, Chicago.
The conference hosted DNC managers and executives from all over the United States and provided a platform to showcase our quality of service and attention to detail. Another event that we are currently preparing for is the G8 Summit 2012. Delaware North Company will be hosting a gala dinner for the most prominent political leaders of the world. Preparations so far have included several menu tastings, supplier assessments, and property walkthroughs.
